We value your privacy and the privacy of your data. Your data is our top priority. We collect and use your personal data exclusively in the context of the provisions of the Data Protection Act of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the following, we want to clearly set out what data we have access to. 3. Subject of privacy policy

The object of the privacy policy are personal data. According to § 3 chapter 1 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act), such data comprise details of personal or factual circumstances of a particular or identifiable natural person. This includes for example name, postal address, email address or telephone number, but also if necessary usage data such as your IP address.

5. Right to be informed

On written request, we inform the user of the website and / or the customer about the data stored for him / her. The inquiry is to be addressed to our address in the imprint of the website.

6. Crashlytics

We use Crashlytics, a service of Google LLC. Crashlytics transmits certain technical information to us concerning your device and your app installation if your app crashes. We use this data only in order to determine the reason for the crash and to remove errors in our app. This data is usually not personal data. Using the upper right switch inside the app on the privacy policy page you can deactivate the analytical data collection. Crashlytics is used based on our legitimate interest in recognizing errors in our app, examining them and remedying them, and to thus be able to offer our app in its contractually stipulated form, and the fact that your legitimate interests are not overriding, Article 6(1) point (f) GDPR.

7. Firebase Analytics

We collect pseudonymised usage statistics concerning your use of our app using Google Firebase, a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. General, non-personal statistics are collected based on your iOS IDFA, on how and by which user groups our app is used. Using the upper right switch inside the app on the privacy policy page you can deactivate the analytical data collection. Firebase Analytics is used based on our legitimate interest in demand-oriented design, statistical evaluation and efficient marketing of our app, and the fact that your legitimate interests are not overriding, Article 6(1) point (f) GDPR.

8. Amplitude

We collect pseudonymised usage statistics concerning your use of our app using Amplitude, a service of Amplitude, Inc., 501 2nd Street, Suite 100, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. General, non-personal statistics are collected based on your iOS IDFA, on how and by which user groups our app is used. Using the upper right switch inside the app on the privacy policy page you can deactivate the analytical data collection. 9. Facebook

Linearity GmbH uses the Software Development Kit (SDK) of Facebook (“Facebook Core-SDK”). The Facebook Core-SDK is issued and administered by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The Facebook Core-SDK allows for analyzing anonymized behavioral data and allows Linearity GmbH to understand which advertising campaign on the social network Facebook has induced the person concerned to download Vectornator (will be called "app" in the following sentences). For this purpose, Linearity GmbH sends to Facebook anonymized data, such as the app-ID, the app version and the information that the app has been started. In addition, individual activities (events) of the user can be analyzed within the app, for example to be able to define the target group for advertising campaigns more precisely. No other data is being sent from Linearity GmbH to Facebook. Linearity GmbH receives from Facebook only an aggregated evaluation of the user behavior of the app. Linearity GmbH also has no influence on the information that is processed through app events through Facebook. Facebook Inc. has certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection and processing of personal data from our advertisers, customers, or business partners in the European Union (Partners) in connection with the products and services described in our Privacy Shield Notice (Partner Services). You can stop all collection of information by the app easily by uninstalling the app. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device. Using the upper right switch inside the app on the privacy policy page you can deactivate the analytical data collection.

10. Cookies

The use of cookies is now commonplace on many websites. Linearity GmbH uses cookies through our use of Google Analytics on the website, to track user interaction with the website. We do this so we can identify which content is of greatest interest to users, in order to allow us to deliver more meaningful content in the future. Tracking usage of the Site through Google Analytics entails placing small digital files on your device (for example, computer or mobile phone). These include small files known as "cookies". They cannot be used to identify you personally. This information includes the number of visitors to our website, how visitors have reached the website from and the pages that they visited within the website.

11. Google Analytics

Linearity GmbH uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent Google’s collection by downloading and installing the browser plug-in.

12. Newsletter via MailChimp

For our general newsletter, we use the technical service provider MailChimp, which handles the processing of our data. MailChimp is a service of The Rocket Science Group, LLC d / b / a MailChimp, 512 Means St Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA ("MailChimp"). MailChimp may collect personal information, such as distribution lists, which contain email addresses, and other information relating to those email addresses. Only authorized Mailchimp employees have access to our subscriber list. If you do not want your data to be processed by MailChimp, we would ask you to unsubscribe from our newsletter service. You are always free to unsubscribe from our newsletter, but as long as you are registered with Vectornator we may use Mailchimp to send you information about your account. 13. Right of access, rectification and deletion

You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored by Linearity GmbH upon request. You also have the right to correct, block, and delete your data. Contact hello@linearity.io for any inquiries or to request your data which and will provide information immediately.

14. Changes to the privacy policy

The current version of the privacy policy available here: http://vectornator.io/privacy.html. We reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time.

15. Accountability for links

Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.

16. Copyright

Our web pages and their contents are subject to German copyright law. Unless expressly permitted by law (§ 44a et seq. of the copyright law), every form of utilizing, reproducing or processing works subject to copyright protection on our web pages requires the prior consent of the respective owner of the rights. Individual reproductions of a work are allowed only for private use, so must not serve either directly or indirectly for earnings. Unauthorized utilization of copyrighted works is punishable (§ 106 of the copyright law).

Apple, the Apple logo, Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone, iPod, iPod touch, iTunes, the iTunes logo, Mac, and QuickTime are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Multi-Touch is a trademark of Apple Inc. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
